Definition of the Merkaba, it’s Fuction and How to Open It

Most are aware of the Chakras and may even be aware of what is known as Auric Energy which makes up what we commonly call “The Light Body.” When one activates the MerKaBa energy one is able to travel out of this plane and actually travel to the divine physically. But how? Well the MerKaBa energy is actually the Sacred vehicle of Prajna that allowed Gautama to achieve Oneness leading to Enlightenment and becoming fully awake. In ancient Hebraic Judaism it is known as MerKaVa and actually means Vehicle for the very reason it can transcend the material body and transmute it to the divine. If we look at the Enlightened Transcended Masters such as Jesus, St. Germaine, Enoch, and Mohammed we see that they reached a point of such high enlightenment that a change took place physically within their appearance. We understand this to be the activation of The MerKaBa energy of their Light Bodies. The MerKaBa can be accessed by anyone with enough practice but it takes a True Adept to achieve the full Transmutable Activation of the MerKaBa light body, as once one does life is immortal, understanding of the universe and of all things is opened and understood. When one fully activates The MerKaBa one truly is imbued by the powers of The Divine light of Mastery of all Godly Power, not only to travel to God at will but also to understand his creation and mind fully. The MerKaBa is envisioned as a spinning Star Tetrahedron that is spinning counterwise to the sphere created by the Chakra energies produced by the Kundalini. When one attains the ability to open the MerKaBa one completes ones “Light(Mer) Spirit(Ka) Body(Ba)” and as such can then traverse the 4th dimension of reality between space and time physically. In Vietnam the US government worked with allies from the Viet Kong to use MerKaBa as a form of concealed warfare as soldiers from the US were telling their superiors how the Viet Kong could disappear and reappear at will, it had also been seen done by the US during WWII with the Japanese. Allies within Japan and Viet Nam forces both had told the government of the US this was done by opening the Light Spirit Body i.e. The MerKaBa.
Below I am including a technique to hopefully with practice allow any adept enough out there to experience this for themselves but it is far from easy mind you and even with practice few if any will be able to fully open the MerKaBa.

Practice: The Teaching Of Spherical breathing for Merkaba Activation: Using 18 Breaths

There are 17+1 breaths, where the first six are for balancing the polarity, the next seven for proper pranic flow through the entire body. The further breaths are for shifting the consciousness from 3rd to 4th dimension and finally the last three breaths is for re-creating the rotating Merkabah within and around the body. The last breath is not taught. Once each day, enter into this meditation, until the time comes when you are a conscious breather, remembering with each breath your intimate connection with God.

FIRST MERKABA BREATH: Inhale
HEART: Open your heart and feel love for all life. If you cannot do this, you must at least open to this love as much as is possible for you. This is the most important instruction of all.
MIND: Become aware of the male tetrahedron (the apex facing up to the sun, the point facing to the front for male, the point to the back for females) filled with the brilliant white light surrounding your body. Visualize it the best you can. If you cannot visualize it, sense or feel it surrounding you.
BODY: At the same moment of inhalation, place your hands in the mudra of your thumb and first finger touching. Remember, lightly touch your fingers, and do not allow your fingers to touch each other or any other object. Keep your palms facing up.
MERKABA BREATH: At this same moment, with empty lungs, begin to breathe in a complete yogic manner. Breath through your nostrils only, except at certain places which will be described. Simply put, breath from your stomach first, then your diaphragm, and finally your chest. Do this in one movement, not three parts. The exhale is completed either by holding the chest firm and relaxing the stomach, slowly releasing the air, or by holding the stomach firm and relaxing the chest. The most important aspect is that this breathing must be rhythmic. Begin by using seven seconds in and seven seconds out, but as you get familiar with this meditation, find your own rhythm. The following instructions for a complete Yogic Breath are from “the Hindu-Yogi Science of Breath” by Yogi Ramacharake. Perhaps this description will be helpful.

Breathing through the nostrils, inhale steadily, first filling the lower part of the lungs, which is accomplished by bringing into play the diaphragm, which descending exerts a gentle pressure on the abdominal organs, pushing forward the front walls of the abdomen. Then fill the middle part of the lungs, pushing out the lower ribs, breastbone and chest. Then fill the higher portion of the lungs, protruding the upper chest, thus lifting the chest, including the upper six or even pairs of ribs.

At first reading it may appear that this breath consists of three distinct movements. This, however, is not the correct idea. The inhalation is continuous, the entire chest cavity from the lowered diaphragm to the highest point of the chest in the region of the collar-bone, being expanded with a uniform movement. Avoid a jerky series of inhalations, and strive to attain a steady continuous action. Practice will soon overcome the tendency to divide the inhalation into three movements, and will result in a uniform continuous breath. You will be able to complete the inhalation in a few seconds after a little practice.

Exhale quite slowly, holding the chest in a firm position, and drawing the abdomen in a little and lifting it upward as the air leaves the lungs. When the air is entirely exhaled, relax the chest and abdomen. A little practice will render this part of the exercise easy, and the movement once acquired will be afterward performed almost automatically.

FIRST MERKABA BREATH: Exhale
HEART: Love
MIND: Become aware of the female tetrahedron, (apex pointing to the earth, point facing to the back for males, point facing to the front for females), also filled with the brilliant white light
BODY: Keep the same mudra.
MERKABA BREATH: Do NOT hesitate at the top of the inhalation to begin the exhalation. Exhale quite slowly, approximately seven seconds, in the Yogic manner. When the air is out of the lungs, without forcing, relax the chest and abdomen and HOLD the breath. When you feel pressure to breathe again, after about five seconds or so, then do the following:
MIND: Be aware of the flat equilateral triangle at the top of the female tetrahedron located in the horizontal plane that passes through your chest at the sternum. In a flash, and with a pulse like energy, send that triangular plane down through the female tetrahedron. It gets smaller as it goes down and pushes out the tip or apex of the tetrahedron all the negative energy of the mudra or electrical circuit, a light will shoot out of the apex toward the center of the Earth. The Mind exercise is performed along with the following BODY movements.
BODY: Move your eyes slightly toward each other, or, in other words, slightly cross your eyes. Now bring them up to the top of their sockets, or in other words, look up. Also, this looking up motion should not be extreme. You will feel a tingling feeling between your eyes in the area of your third eye . You can now look down to the lowest point you can, as fast as you can. You should feel an electrical sensation move down your spine. The MIND and BODY must coordinate the above mental exercise with the eye movements. The eyes look down from their up position at the same time the mind sees the triangular horizontal plane of the female tetrahedron move down to the apex of the female tetrahedron. This combined exercise will clean out the negative thoughts and feelings that have entered into your electrical system. Specifically, it will clean out the part of your electrical system that is associated with the particular mudra you are using. Immediately upon pulsing the energy down your spine, you change mudras to the next one and begin the entire cycle over again.

The next five breaths are a repeat of the first breath with the following mudra changes:

Second breath mudra: Thumb and second finger together
Third breath mudra: Thumb and third finger together
Fourth breath mudra: Thumb and little finger together
Fifth breath mudra: Thumb and first finger together (same as first breath)
Sixth breath mudra: Thumb and second finger together (same as second breath)

The first part, the first six breaths, the balancing of the polarities, and the cleansing of your electrical system is now complete. You are now ready for the next part, the next seven breaths.

Here an entirely new breathing pattern begins. You do not need to visualize the star tetrahedron at this time. Only the tube that runs through the star, from the apex of the male tetrahedron above your head to the apex of the female tetrahedron below your feet, needs to be seen and worked with. This extends one hand length above your head and one hand length below your feet. The diameter of YOUR tube will be the size of the hole formed by YOUR thumb and forefinger touching.

MERKABA BREATH NUMBER SEVEN: Inhale
HEART: Love. There is another refinement here that can be used after you have perfected this meditation.
MIND: Visualize or sense the tube running through your body. The instant you begin the seventh inhale, see the brilliant white light of the prana moving down the tube from the top and up the tube from the bottom at the same time. This movement is almost instantaneous. The point where these two light beams meet within your body is controlled by the mind and is a vast science known throughout the universe. In this teaching however, we will only be shown what is necessary , that which will take you from third to fourth dimensional awareness. In this case you will direct the two beams of prana to meet at your navel, or more correct, within your body at navel level, inside the tube. The moment the two beams of prana meet, which is just as the inhale begins, a sphere of white light or prana is formed at the meeting point about the size of a grapefruit centered on the tube. It all happens in an instant. As you continue to take the inhale of the seventh breath, the sphere of prana begins to concentrate and grow slowly.
BODY: For the next seven breaths use the same mudra for both inhale and exhale, the thumb, first and second touching together palms up.
MERKABA BREATH: Deep rhythmic Yogic Merkaba breathing, seven seconds in and seven seconds out. There is no holding of the breath from now on. The flow of prana from the two poles will not stop or change in any way when you go from inhale to exhale. It will be a continuous flow that will not stop for a long as you breath in this manner, even after death.

SEVENTH MERKABA BREATH: Exhale
MIND: The prana sphere centered at the navel continues to grow. By the time of the full exhale, the prana sphere will be approximately eight or nine inches in diameter.
MERKABA BREATH: Do not force the air out of your lungs. When your lungs are empty naturally, immediately begin the next breath.
EIGHTH MERKABA BREATH: Inhale
HEART: Love.
MIND: The prana sphere continues to concentrate life force energy and grow in size.

EIGHT MERKABA BREATH: Exhale
MIND: The prana sphere continues to grow in size and will reach maximum size at the end of this breath. This maximum size is different for each person. If you put your longest finger in the center of your navel, the line on your wrist defining your hand will show you the radius of the maximum size of this sphere for YOU. This sphere of prana cannot grow larger.
NINTH MERKABA BREATH: Inhale
MIND: The prana sphere cannot grow larger, so what happens is the prana begins to concentrate within the sphere. The visual appearance is that the sphere grows BRIGHTER.
MERKABA BREATH: Sphere grows brighter and brighter as you inhale.
NINTH MERKABA BREATH: Exhale
MERKABA BREATH: As you exhale, the sphere continues to grow brighter and brighter.
TENTH MERKABA BREATH: Inhale
MIND: About half way through this inhale, as the sphere continues to brighter, the prana sphere reaches critical mass. The sphere ignites into a sun, a brilliant blinding ball of white light. You are now ready for the next step.

TENTH MERKABA BREATH: Exhale
MIND: At the moment of exhale, the small sphere two hand lengths in diameter bulges to expand. In one second, combined with the breath talked about below, the sphere expands quickly out to the sphere of Leonardo, out at your finger tips of your extended arms. Your body is now completely enclosed within a huge sphere of brilliant white light. You have returned to the ancient form of spherical Merkaba breathing. However, at this point, this sphere is not stable. You MUST breath three more times to keep the sphere stable.
MERKABA BREATH: At the moment of exhale, make a small hole with your lips and blow out your air with pressure. As you feel the sphere begin to bulge, all within the first second of this exhale, let all of your air out rapidly. The sphere will expand at that moment.
ELEVENTH, TWELFTH and THIRTEENTH MERKABA BREATH: Inhale and Exhale
MIND: Relax and just feel the flow of the prana flowing from the two poles and meeting at the navel and then expanding out to the large sphere
MERKABA BREATH: Breath rhythmically and deeply. At the end of the thirteenth breath you have stabilized the large sphere and are ready for the important 14th breath.

THE FOURTEENTH MERKABA BREATH
HEART: Love
MIND: On the inhale of the 14th breath, at the very beginning of the breath, move the point where the two beams of prana meet from the navel to the sternum, the fourth dimensional chakra. The entire large sphere, along with the original sphere, which is also still contained within the large sphere, moves up to the new meeting point within the tube. Though this is very easy to do, it is an extremely powerful movement. Breathing from this new point within the tube will inevitably change your awareness from third to fourth dimensional consciousness, or from earth consciousness to Christ consciousness.
BODY: This mudra will be used for the rest of the meditation. Place the left palm on top of the right palm for males and the right palm on top of the left palm for females. It is a mudra that relaxes.
MERKABA BREATH: Rhythmic breath and deep. However, if you continue to breathe from your Christ center without moving on to the MER-KA-BA, which is what is recommended until you have made contact with your Higher Self, then shift to a shallow breath. In other words, breath rhythmically but in a comfortable manner where your attention is more on the flow of energy moving up and down the tube meeting at the sternum and expanding out to the large sphere. Just feel the flow. Use your feminine side to just be. At this point don’t think, just breath, feel and be. Feel your connection to All Life through the Christ Breath. Remember your intimate connection with God.

The Mer-Ka-Ba, The Vehicle Of Ascension

The Last Three Breaths
You are asked not to attempt this FOURTH PART until you have made contact with your Higher Self, AND your Higher Self has given you permission to proceed. This part is to be taken seriously. The energies that will come into and around your body and spirit are of tremendous power. If you are not ready, you could hurt yourself. If your Higher Self gives you permission to enter into the MER-KA-BA, then don t fear, for you will be ready.

FIFTEENTH MERKABA BREATH: Inhale
HEART: Love
MIND: Be aware of the whole star tetrahedron. Realize that there are three whole star tetrahedrons superimposed over each other. One is the body itself, and is locked in place and never, except under certain conditions, moves. It is placed around the body according to maleness or femaleness. The second whole star tetrahedron is male in nature, it is electrical, is literally the human mind and rotates counter-clockwise relative to your body looking out, or to put it another way, it rotates toward your left side. The third whole star tetrahedron is female in nature, is magnetic, is literally the human emotional body and rotates clockwise relative to your body looking out, or to put it another way, it rotates toward your right side.
To be clear, we are not telling you to rotate the male tetrahedron one way and the female the other way. When we say rotate the whole star tetrahedron, we mean the whole thing.
On the inhale of the fifteenth breath, as you are inhaling, you will say to yourself, in your head, the code words, EQUAL SPEED. This will tell your mind that you want the two rotatable whole star tetrahedrons to begin spinning in opposite directions at equal speeds at the time of the exhale. Meaning that for every complete rotation of the mind tetrahedrons, there will be a complete rotation of the emotional tetrahedrons.
BODY: Continue the mudra of the folded hands from now on.
MERKABA BREATH: Breath Yogic and rhythmically and deeply again, but only for the next three breaths, after that return to the shallow Merkaba breathing.

FIFTEENTH MERKABA BREATH: Exhale
MIND: The two sets of tetrahedrons take off spinning. In an instant, they will be moving at exactly one-third the speed of light at their outer tips. You probably will not be able to see this because of their tremendous speed, but you can feel it. What you have just done is to start the MOTOR of the MER-KA-BA. You will not go anywhere, or have an experience. It is just like starting the motor of a car, but having the transmission in neutral.
MERKABA BREATH: Make a small hole with your lips just like you did for breath Number Ten. Blow out in the same manner, and as you do, feel the two sets of tetrahedrons take off spinning.
SIXTEENTH MERKABA BREATH: Inhale
MIND: As you let out the breathe, the two sets of tetrahedrons take off from their one-third speed of light setting to two third speed of light in an instant. As they approach two-thirds speed of light speed a phenomena takes place. A disk about 55 feet in diameter forms around the body at the level of the base of the spine. And the sphere of energy that is centered around the two sets of tetrahedrons forms with the disk to create a shape that looks like a FLYING SAUCER around the body. This energy matrix is called the MER-KA-BA. However, it is not stable. If you see or sense the MER-KA-BA around you at this point, you will know it to be unstable. It will be slowly wobbling. Therefore Breath Number Seventeen is necessary.
MERKABA BREATH: Same as breath 16, make a small hole in your lips, and blow out with pressure. It is at this point that the speeds increases. As you feel the speed increasing, let out all your breath with force. This action will cause the higher speed to be fully obtained and the MER-KA-BA to be formed.

SEVENTEENTH MERKABA BREATH: Inhale
HEART: Remember, unconditional love for all life must be felt through out all of this meditation or no results will be realized.
MIND: As you breathe in, say to yourself, in your head, the code NINE TENTHS THE SPEED OF LIGHT. This code will tell your mind to increase the speed of the MER-KA-BA to nine-tenths the speed of light which will stabilize the rotating field of energy. It will also do something else. This third dimensional universe that we live in is tuned to 9/10 the speed of light. Every electron in your body is rotating around every atom in your body at 9/10 the speed of light. This is the reason this particular speed is selected.
MERKABA BREATH: Breathe rhythmically and in a Yogic manner.

SEVENTEENTH MERKABA BREATH: Exhale
MIND: The speed increases to 9/10 the speed of light and stabilizes the MER-KA-BA.
MERKABA BREATH: Same as breath 15 and 16, make a small hole in your lips, and blow out with pressure. As you feel the speed take off, let all your breath out with force. You are now in your stable and Third dimensionally tuned MER-KA-BA. With the help of your Higher Self, you will understand what this really means.
EIGHTEENTH MERKABA BREATH:
This very special breath will not be taught here. You must receive it from Your Higher Self. It is the breath that will take you through the speed of light into the fourth dimension. You will disappear from this world and reappear in another one that will be your new home for a while. This is not the end, but the beginning of an ever-expanding consciousness returning you HOME to your FATHER.

Meditation To Meet Spirit Guide or Guardian Angel

About a week ago, I decided to see if I could meet my spirit guide. I know that I’ve always had one. When I was a little girl, I used to here my name called only to turn and fin that there was no one there. Always right after would come a touch on my shoulder that was reassuring. So I found a video I liked and have been using it to try to meet him/her. I actually think that spirit guides aren’t really male or female, but appear to us that way because that is what we know.

Here is the video I’ve been using:

I do get interrupted by my daughter occasionally and especially if I don’t get up early enough to both pray and meditate. Also, I have only been able to get through the first 45 minutes of it, but I feel that it has helped me tremendously so far. I believe I got a glimpse of my spirit guide on the first time I tried it. The lady, Lillian Eden, who guides the meditation leads us to a room in our minds where we are eventually sitting in one of two enormous winged back chairs and looking towards the door of the room which we just entered. I saw in my mind’s eye, the door open and then the next thing I saw was a bunch of white feathers. They were outlined in a dark grey so that I could make out each one of them. It looked sort of like a tail of feathers and I heard the rustling of them as they moved through the doorway and brushed against the door. The next thing I saw was my spirit guide sitting in the chair next to me. I didn’t get a clear picture though. What I saw looked like a bird’s head or a headdress made to look like a bird’s head which had the same white feathers on it that I saw on the tail arcing up in what looked like plumage cascading down into the lush tail. I don’t know if this is an eagle or a peacock or if my spirit guide is wearing these feathers or if my spirit guide is one of my angels. I have done this meditation twice since the first time. Last time, behind my closed eyelids, I saw what I thought was a butterfly against the darkness, but it morphed into the form of a flying bird. So, at this point, I’m still not sure what or who my spirit guide/angel is or if it is an animal. I do know that ever since I did this meditation, I have felt like my spirit wants to leave my body. It feels like it is trying to rise up and out through my head. I don’t know if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but I find myself actively trying to keep my spirit inside my body. The last time I did this meditation, I did it with my pendulum around my neck. I don’t know if this added to it, but I could really feel my chakras opening and aligning.

Daily Card Draw: Ten of Wands

This card is the Ten of Wands and features a Dryad (a tree spirit) holding up the weight of a small village. She doesn’t have to, yet she supports them of her own free will. She does it willingly. Her wands are burning low and she may be looking for that source of strength and light which will get her through the present darkness. She is struggling to find that center of creativity and nourishment and feels overwhelmed at times.

I am waiting to hear about whether or not a company I interviewed with last week will hire me. It would be a very good job and would mean a big move. I think it would be a great change for us. So, I’m worried about that and sort of wandering in darkness until I hear one way or the other. I am groping around trying to find some way to keep myself positive while I wait in this frozen-ness.

I will try aligning my chakras today and doing some mediation and visualization to keep my positive energies going. Yesterday, I smudged my entire apartment and noticed a difference in the atmosphere around me immediately. It seemed that even the wood in the walls relaxed. The light coming in through the windows seemed to get softer and yet brighter simultaneously. Finally, and this is the most important thing, my daughter stopped being so fearful of every shadow she saw.

Prayer to St. Micheal, Aligning Chakras, Breaking Soul Ties, and a Protection and Binding Spell

Yesterday was a big day for me. I spent most of it fasting and in prayer and casting protection spells. I hadn’t gotten any sleep due to being totally stressed out about all the possibilities running through my head that could happen should my stalker find me and my daughter.

The first thing I did was pray the Warfare Prayer. Then, I prayed the Armor of God prayer. After that, I made some coffee and rested for a bit. Yesterday was a day when I felt spiritually attacked pretty much all day. The negative thoughts about the person who is threatening me just would not go away. I would take one captive, push it away, ask the Holy Spirit to fill that space with positive, God-type thoughts and then another one would come. It was a rapid-fire brain assault. I broke down crying while I was making coffee feeling despair overwhelm me. The main thought that kept coming to my head was that I should give up because there was no way I would ever be able to win against him. After I dried my tears, I realized that that thought was nothing but him flinging his negativity at me and his evil spirits deviling me. Understand, I am not a devil-behind-every-door person. He has threatened to take my daughter from me and has threatened me personally, so, in this case, I believe that my assessment was spot on.

After I got myself together, I brought out my book of spells and found the prayer to St. Micheal the Archangel. It is basically a prayer of protection. You have to pray it in each of the four corners in each of the rooms in your house/apartment. Then you put salt on all the windowsills, doorways and under your bed.

Here is the prayer:

St. Micheal the Archangel, defend us (me) in battle.

Be our (my) protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.

May God rebuke him we (I) humbly pray.

And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Hosts, thrust into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl through the world seeking the ruin of souls.

Amen.

After, I finished this, I then realigned my chakras. The meditation I did you can find here.

The negative thoughts continued for most of the day unabated. I battled and battled with them. A friend of mine I talked to yesterday reminded me to break the soul-tie between him and myself. She reminded me that that might be one of the reasons why I was feeling his negativity so strongly. I have broken soul-ties before, so I knew already knew how to do it. For those who are not familiar with a soul-tie, I will explain: A soul-tie is formed when two people become connected spiritually, emotionally, or physically. I always thought of it like this: When you connect with a person, a part of your soul stays with them and a part of their soul stays with you. That’s why it is so important to watch who you get close to. All people are not good and don’t have your best interests at heart. Everyone is at a different place in their lives and some people, quite frankly, are most interested in themselves, what they can attain and what they can get from you or what they can do to you. Suffice it to say, I was foolish for getting close to this person, but I have learned an important lesson and one that I’m not likely to forget.

This is how you break a soul-tie:

Think about that person and everything that you two have experienced together. Think about all your feelings toward that person and their feelings toward you. Basically EVERYTHING having to do with your relationship with that person. Focus on it and try not to get distracted. You are trying to repair your spirit and this is important business. Then pray:

In Jesus’ name, I break the soul-tie between myself and (name of person). Heavenly Father, I pray that you would heal my spirit and make me whole again. Blessed Holy Spirit, I pray that you would fill that space and heal my broken spirit. Jesus, please intercede for me with the Father so that I may be healed. I forgive (person’s name) for everything they have done to me. I pray this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

The prayer doesn’t have to go exactly like this. It doesn’t have to be word-for-word, but you have to do it in Jesus’ name. It’s Jesus’ power that breaks the bond, not yours. If you have had multiple partners and have never done this before, you may want to take a day or so and write down the names of who you have been with that you want to separate from. I had to do this in my twenties. It took several days and praying for God to help me remember the names. I also had someone with me who was more mature in Christ than myself. This person stayed with me and prayed with me to break the soul-ties. This is very advisable, for the Scripture says:

James_5:16  Therefore, make it your habit to confess your sins to one another and to pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.

and:

Mat 18:18 “I tell you with certainty, whatever you prohibit on earth will have been prohibited in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will have been permitted in heaven.
Mat 18:19 Furthermore, I tell you with certainty that if two of you agree on earth about anything you request, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven,
Mat 18:20 because where two or three have come together in  my name, I am there among them.”

After I completed this, the attacks on my mind stopped. It was getting so bad that I couldn’t concentrate on anything.

Later that night, before midnight, I did a Protection and Binding spell to further protect myself from this person and to bind him from doing any harm to me or to anyone I love.

I got this spell from a Druidic High Priestess who has been practicing Druidism for twenty plus years.

Protection and Binding Spell

Ingredients:

1. Black Candle or dark candle (There were no black candles at the store I was in so I got a black cherry one. It was the darkest one I could find. It doesn’t have to be expensive. A 99 cent candle will do just fine. Also, be sure to carve the name of the person you want to bind into the candle.)

2. Black or dark stone (I didn’t have a black stone on hand, but I had a brown one with red undertones, which I was told would work just fine.)

3. Sea Salt

4. White thread, yarn or embroidery yarn

5. Patchouli incense or white sage (I couldn’t find Patchouli incense or white sage, so I bought some that was sort of earthy smelling. It was similar to Patchouli.)

6. A picture of the person you wish to bind. (You need a picture or something of theirs. Something they owned.)

Twelve hours before you do the spell, put the stone and the salt in the freezer. The cold will cleanse them. Be sure to leave them there for at least twelve hours.

I did the ritual on the last night of the dark of the moon. The Priestess told me that this was a very powerful time and that it would not happen again for a couple of years. Also, that I needed to do the spell before midnight.

After the twelve hour mark and before midnight, get all of the ingredients together and place on a table. Use the salt and put down a salt barrier around yourself and the table. DO NOT BREAK THE CIRCLE ONCE YOU HAVE LAID IT. if you leave the circle or someone enters the circle you will have to start over.

Light your candle and light the incense. DO NOT BLOW EITHER OUT. They both must burn all the way down. If you are carving the person’s name in your candle, do it BEFORE you light it.

Once they are both lit, focus on a white light of protection around you so bright that it takes up the whole circle. So bright that when you open your eyes you have to squint. (What I did was imagine the light coming up from the salt forming a protective “bubble” around me. Then, I visualized my own light coming out of me and focused on making it really strong and bright.)

Then focus on the picture of the person you want to bind. Focus on their face and body and imagine jail or prison bars around them or something similar. (I took my finger *remember you can use your finger as a wand* and felt energy coming out of it and drew bars with my finger over his face and body. I drew so many that he was completely obscured.) You want to build a wall or a fortress around that person.

Then, call the corners (quarters). This is a really simple way to do it:

I call upon East, the direction of Air.

I call upon North, the direction of Earth.

I call upon West, the direction of my ancestors and Water.

I call upon South, the direction of Fire.

I ask that you aid me in these protection workings.

Then, call upon Kali (KAH-li) (If and only if you are binding a man. Kahli is the goddess and protector of women and hates men.) Ask her to aid you. This is where you have to improvise. I told Kahli that I was in fear for my life was being threatened and that I feared for my daughter as well. You must be especially gracious to her. She will hear you! Just tell her what is going on and why you are asking for and need her protection. This is my first encounter with her, but I got the feeling that we shouldn’t be asking her for frivolous things. If my life and my daughter were not being threatened, I don’t think I would have petitioned her. I could be wrong, but this was my impression of her.

Once that is done, take the picture and thread and wrap the thread around the picture until you can’t see any part of the picture. While you are doing this, say:

(Name), with the protection of Kali, you will not harm me or anyone I love.

MEAN IT WHEN YOU SAY IT!! Repeat this over and over until the picture is covered. (I wound up having to fold the picture several times because, as I wrapped it more and more with the thread, the picture would warp and was hard to handle. I figured it would be better just to keep folding it smaller, rather than creating frustration and losing my focus. Also, if I ever do this spell again, I’m getting white yarn. I had white sewing thread which was very hard to deal with and took a long time to cover the picture. The time wouldn’t have been an issue if my daughter hadn’t been awake, but she was and there is only so much time a two year old, even a well behaved two year old, can be still.)

Once that’s done, hold the bound picture in your hands for about five or ten minutes since you will likely be upset and nervous. (I wasn’t nervous, but I was angry. I was livid, so I had to take a few moments to regain my composure and to let the anger dissipate.) While you are holding the picture in your hands, focus on your child/children/home/yourself. Do the white light protection again.

Once that’s done, close the corners (quarters):

East, thank you for aiding me tonight. Go if you must. Stay if you will. Hail to you and farewell.

North, thank you for aiding me tonight. Go if you must. Stay if you will. Hail to you and farewell.

West, thank you for aiding me tonight. Go if you must. Stay if you will. Hail to you and farewell.

South, thank you for aiding me tonight. Go if you must. Stay if you will. Hail to you and farewell.

It is most important to say a gracious thanks to Kali. Bid her sincerest thanks and fare thee well. Tell her to go or stay, but that you would prefer she watch over you as long as she deems necessary.

Once, all that is done, you can break the salt barrier. Put the binding somewhere in a box and seal it. Put it high up where it CANNOT BE TOUCHED.

After the binding is secured, then you need to put the stone somewhere that you can keep it on you at all times. Then, take at least a fifteen minute sea salt bath to cleanse your body of any negativity. After that, you will sleep like a ROCK.

If you have a sachet, put the stone in it and keep it under your pillow at night. During the day, keep it on you at all times. Put it in your pocket; on a chain; put it into a ring. Just keep it on you.

DO NOT BLOW THE CANDLE OUT. LET IT BURN ALL THE WAY DOWN.

I had to start and stop this spell about four times because my daughter kept walking into the circle. I would thank the spirits profusely, apologize profusely and tell them that I would have to come back to them later. I got my daughter calmed down, since she was crying pretty hard (It’s hard to explain things like this to a two year old. She just knew she wanted to sit in my lap and didn’t understand why she couldn’t. So I let her sit in my chair, turned on cartoons, gave her some soda, <which she never gets>, her teddy bear and some snacks and she was set.) and eventually, by telling her that she could help me do the spell, I was able to get back to it.

After the spell was finished, I cleaned everything up and took the bath. About thirty to forty five minutes after that, the tiredness hit me. It wasn’t just a tired like I had been at work all day and needed to crash. It was a bone tiredness. I felt tired like I did after my dad died and after I had given birth and spent two weeks in the NICU with my daughter. I was tired physically, but moreso, I was tired spiritually. I put my daughter to bed and fell into bed. I didn’t even dream.

Today, I woke up feeling weak and shaky. I tried to bolster myself with coffee, because I was scheduled to go on a job interview this afternoon, but it didn’t work. I had to reschedule. I’m pretty stubborn, so I had already fixed my hair and makeup, dressed myself and my daughter before I gave in and realized I would never be able to pass the skills tests they had scheduled for me. I was frustrated and disappointed, but I figure if the universe wants me there, I will be. If not, then not. I’m done trying to swim upstream and trying to force the square peg into the round hole.

Aligning Chakras When Negative Energies and Thoughts Come

This is an exercise to rebalance yourself and align your chakras when you feel any kind of stress or negative energies coming on you. I’m going to try this right after I finish posting it. I added the graphic so that we all would know where each chakra is; what it represents and what color it is to help with the meditation. I hope this helps someone.   • A really good way that works for many instantaneously because what it does is aligns every single chakra energy point in your body, is the following:
    • Stand up straight and put your palms together in a “prayer” position with your feet and legs touching each other.
    • Close your eyes and begin to SLOWLY breath in and out, 7 times.
    • As you breath in you are to think of each of the Chakra colors, and breath into the chakra corresponding to each color. So if you begin with your crown chakra breathe in the violet/purple color and feel your chakra activate by fully focusing on it, completely feeling the tingling sensation of activation and peace spread throughout that area of your body, as you breathe out think of everything that is not working for your highest good leaving your body.
    • Continue to do so until you are done with all 7 breath. 
    • Then lift your hands up with the palms still touching and spread them open and place your palms on the side of your legs.
